Ramya

In a previous lifetime, Ramya was an Engineer. In 1996, when a Zen retreat shattered her belief system, she left her old skin behind and embarked on an ongoing inner and outer journey around the world. Unlearning and unwinding as she explored the visible and invisible dimensions of human consciousness.

 For more than 20 years, she has been leading workshops exploring altered states of consciousness, working with themes around death, meditation, Zen and beyond, all in service of awareness and presence. 

 Her work is an invitation to come back home to ourselves, to remember who we are and have a direct experience of our soul.

Ramya shares her life between Montreal and Costa Rica.
