Alex Kane

Alex Kane is the founder of Volta Audio, a mixed-reality, experience-creation platform for musicians, producers and performers.

Volta began as Alex’s thesis project during the Innovation Design MA/MSc program at the Royal College of Art & Imperial College London. Before embarking on his masters, Alex worked in marketing, branding and design for electronic musicians - among others, his clients included Bassnectar, The Glitch Mob, STS9 and SubPac. Alex's passion for music began at an early age, he started playing the drums at eight, picked up his first guitar at 14, began producing at 15 and has since DJ'd all over the world - from the top floor of the Palms in Las Vegas to the top of the Great Wall of China.
